I recently had the privilege to speak at the 3rd Annual Women as Global Leaders Conference held in Dubai. This was quite exciting for me.

Over 200 women delegates from 60 countries attended the three-day bi-annual conference produced under the patronage of Shaikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of Family Development Foundation, General Women's Union and Arab Women's Organization. 

 The focus of the conference was on women's leadership across the globe and on ways to prepare young women for leadership. Our host was Zayed University, the region's first all-woman university.

 I believe women are natural leaders and at this international gathering of women it's clear to me that women, everywhere share many of the same struggles when it comes to balancing new and traditional roles.
