Having been an ambassador for Weight Watchers for the last 12 years, The Duchess mentors the Sargerson's. A family of six that manages to live on a budget of just £80 a week and whose diet consists of junk food and cigarettes. She said “I didn’t preach to the Sargersons and say ‘Stop smoking, and eating these things’ I said ‘This helped me and it might help you.”  She advised on swapping their unhealthy diet of crisps, to fruits and vegetables and helped in implementing an exercise regime. Jean-Christophe Novelli, a Michelin-star chef assisted in creating a diet plan.

I just watched one of the most enjoyable Royal moments of televison in years. Sarah your admiration to the Sargersons was just spell binding. I just hope that it works, and what you have done, is made me remember that you are amazing.

Absolutely amazing Sarah,
the rapport you quickly created and the strength that flowed from you to the family.
You made them feel so comfortable and had such empathy with Tonia.

I agree entirely, it was fantastic to see the emotion you were able to bring out of the family, and just by listening to them, the comfort and hope you were able to bring to them. Well done, and keep it up. I would love to help!
