Matt Damon hosted the ONE X ONE gala on Sunday for the second consecutive year -- a decision that he said was a "no-brainer."  Another no-brainer for Matt was Awarding Sarah Ferguson, the OnexOne Difference award.

In September, the 3rd annual One X One benefit gala brought together today's megastars together to honor charities that help create a world where children can live in safety and with dignity.

"Bourne Identity" Matt Damon hosted the event, returning for the second consecutive year at the podium. The organization honored actor Richard Gere, Sarah Ferguson The Duchess of York, Assembly of First National National Chief Phil Fontaine, and supermodel petra Nemcova with the 2007 Difference Award for their ongoing dedication to alleviate child poverty and suffering.

Hip-Hop producer, social entrepreneur and the gala's musical director, Wyclef Jean was given a special American Express humanitarian award for his passionate commitment to leveraging aid and resources to his native country of Haiti through his organization Yele Haiti.
